COMING THIS FALL!! The Divine Drama is an exciting, year-long Bible study broken down into two parts.
The Biblical Narrative - 16 weeks covering the biblical storyline from creation through the life of Jesus.
Our Narrative - 14 weeks exploring how we are to live out our baptismal vows as followers of Jesus.
The Divine Drama is an excellent review class for those who have completed the Crossways Bible study class and also an excellent opportunity for all those who seek a sound understanding of the Bible and its implication for our lives as followers of Jesus.
The same lesson will be offered twice a week on Thursday and Sunday mornings, beginning September 11 (both from 9:30 - 11:00 A.M). That way if you can't make your preferred class time, you can attend the alternate class. The Sunday morning class will end in time for the 11am worship service.

Men’s Bible Study is a weekly year round gathering of men on Wednesday mornings at 8:00am. The main topic of study is the appointed lessons for the following Sunday; Old Testament, Epistle and Gospel. All are welcome to come and enjoy a light breakfast and terrific fellowship as we examine God's Word together.
Selah Bible Study meets the first and third Tuesdays at 10:00am from September through May. The word selah means to pause and regather, and this is meant to be just that. A pause to listen to the Word of God and to learn and share with your sisters in Christ. Topics of study have ranged from individual books of the Bible, to the miracles of Jesus, to angels. All women are welcome to attend this study and you have the option of continuing fellowship over lunch at a local restaurant.
WINGS Bible Study (Women IN God's Service) is designed for women who cannot attend the other study and social opportunities offered at LCOS during the day. We meet on the second Monday of each month at 6:30pm. We open with the entire group meeting together for introduction of the topic and a time of informal sharing, then break into small groups for the assigned Scripture reading and discussion questions. This small group format allows for more interaction among the participants and the ability to get to know one another on a deeper level. We close with a time of prayer for each other. The goal is to create a community of women who are supporting, caring and spiritual companions for each other. All women are welcome to attend, both LCOS members and non-members alike.
Crossways Bible Study is a two-year, in-depth look at the message of Scripture and God's divine plan. Each book of the Bible is covered, and insights into the historical and cultural context of the writings are offered. We plan to begin another 2-year cycle of Crossways in fall 2012.
